G-Tools 3-in-1 Grow System Bonanza 1m²

The G-Tools 3-in-1 Grow System turns a Bonanza 1m² cabinet into a fully automated growing environment. It suits growers who want to experiment with different feeding methods before committing to one technique long-term.

This system ships with everything needed to run three distinct irrigation approaches. In drip mode, manifolds and drippers deliver nutrient solution to the base of each plant. In ebb & flow mode, the two grow trays flood on a timer and drain completely between cycles. In deep water culture mode, the lidded trays with five planting holes each suspend roots directly in oxygenated solution. Switching between modes is a matter of swapping components rather than replacing the whole system.

The 36-litre reservoir is a practical size for a 1m² space. It provides enough volume to buffer pH and EC fluctuations between top-ups, which matters when you are away from the cabinet for a day or two. One air pump with two air stones runs continuously in drip and ebb & flow modes, keeping the nutrient solution aerated and preventing sediment from settling. Both air pumps engage when you run DWC, placing all four air stones directly beneath the net cups where root oxygen demand is highest.

The aluminium grow table lifts the trays off the cabinet floor. This allows air to circulate underneath, reduces the risk of standing water causing issues, and keeps the setup tidy. Ten 10 net cups are included, so you can fill both trays from day one. All pipework and connection fittings are in the box, meaning you will not need to source joiners or adapters separately before your first fill.

This system is designed exclusively for the G-Tools Bonanza 1m² range. If you are building a complete Bonanza setup, pair it with a Bonanza cabinet, a quality LED such as a Sanlight EVO or Q-series fixture sized for 1m², and a reliable inline fan for climate control. Grower’s Note: New growers often start with drip irrigation because it is forgiving - if a pump cycle is slightly late, plants are rarely in immediate stress. Once you understand how your strain responds, ebb & flow can improve uniformity across the tray. DWC delivers the fastest root oxygen levels and can drive rapid vegetative growth, but it demands tighter pH management, typically keeping nutrient solution between pH 5.5 and 6.0, and water temperature below 22°C to prevent root problems. The two-pump design here is a genuine advantage: you get the oxygen delivery DWC requires without adapting equipment built for a different mode.
