We collect the details you give us when you order, ask for advice, or join our email list. That means your name, delivery and billing address, phone number and email address.
We also collect order and payment details. We do not store your full card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure systems.
Our website records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This helps us keep the site working and improve it.
We share only what is needed to complete your order. That includes our suppliers, who often dispatch goods direct, and our delivery carriers.
