This filter suits grow rooms and indoor facilities where airflow demand exceeds what a standard domestic filter can handle. At an optimal airflow of 1150 m³/h, odour-laden air spends enough time inside the 800mm carbon bed to be thoroughly scrubbed. Pushing it to the 1650 m³/h maximum is possible, but sustained operation at optimal rate extends carbon life noticeably.
Pair this unit with a quality 200mm inline fan such as a high-static centrifugal model rated around 1000-1200 m³/h. Running the fan at its efficient mid-range keeps the filter in its sweet spot and avoids forcing air through the carbon too quickly. Mount the filter vertically where ceiling height allows; the 800mm canister is easier to hang on rated straps or a solid bracket than to floor-stand.
