This practical Seed Tray is designed for Tray2Grow. Holes across the base let water and nutrient solution soak up from below, as the Tray2Grow needs in its 'Capillary Matting' setup.
In that setup, a large rectangular capillary mat (not incl.) sits on the Tray2Grow tray and tucks into the channels. A root control sheet (not incl.) then covers the mat.
Up to four Tray2Grow Seed Trays sit on top. The mat pulls moisture and fertiliser up from the tray. Both pass through the base holes into your grow media, feeding and watering young plants.
