This is the factory air inlet fitting used in G-Tools grow cabinets, sized to mate precisely with 8mm panel walls. If you are replacing a damaged inlet or completing a custom G-Tools build, this is the correct part.

Fresh air entering your cabinet must pass through a controlled point. This inlet provides a 76mm clear bore - large enough to supply adequate passive airflow to a small cabinet without creating turbulence. The polypropylene body will not corrode, warp from humidity, or absorb odours over time.

The overall body measures 90mm high by 110mm in diameter. It seats neatly into an 8mm panel without protruding awkwardly inside the cabinet. That slim profile matters in compact cabinets where every centimetre of interior space counts.

For passive intake, the 76mm opening pairs well with an 80mm carbon filter and fan mounted on the exhaust side. Negative pressure draws air in naturally. If you prefer a fully ducted active intake, a short length of 76mm ducting connects directly to the core.

This part is most relevant to owners of G-Tools Bonanza, G-Box, or similar panelled cabinets who need a like-for-like replacement. It is also useful when building a DIY enclosure using 8mm sheet material where a clean, finished air inlet is required.

Grower’s Note: Air inlets are often overlooked, but a poorly fitting intake creates pressure leaks that defeat odour control. Ensure the inlet sits flush against both faces of the panel before securing it. A small bead of food-safe silicone around the outer flange will seal any minor gap and prevent unfiltered air bypassing your carbon filter.
