Automatic Watering System Complete Kit for 8x6 Greenhouse

This 8x6 greenhouse kit has 20 pots for tomatoes, cucumbers, melons and other climbing crops. Each 8.5L pot shares an easy2grow tray with a second pot. There are 10 paired trays in the layout.

Ten paired easy2grow trays hold twenty 8.5L pots in this greenhouse watering kit. This AutoPot automatic greenhouse irrigation system suits an 8x6 greenhouse planted with climbing crops.

Water reaches the trays by gravity from a separate water butt or reservoir. The system needs no pump, mains water connection or electricity.

AQUAvalve5 controls watering automatically. It admits a shallow 20mm layer of water into each tray, then closes. After the plants use that water, the valve opens for the next fill.

What you still need

You need one external water butt or reservoir with at least 200L capacity. AutoPot recommends this minimum capacity. The external water butt or reservoir is not included.

Allow space if you position the reservoir inside the greenhouse. You may need to remove one or two modules.

How to set it up

1. When fitting this kit, we recommend a firm, level surface. Check that every tray sits flat.
2. Position the external water butt or reservoir 150mm / 6 inches above the system.
3. Hand-water plants when you first pot them up. Allow 7-28 days for roots to establish before switching the system on.
4. Flush the pipework weekly.
